Leather Turnout Halter

Our Turnout Leather Halters are handcrafted right here in our leather shop located next door to The Thoroughbred Center in Lexington, KY.

The halters are strapped from high quality U.S. steer hides and hand rubbed to create a stylish, handsome finish. The Turnout Adjustable Halter features a single-ply Turnout crown with a single buckle attachment, double-ply cheeks, a single-ply Adjustable chin and a flat throat latch. Select English Chin to do away with the adjustable chin. These lightweight, yet durable halters are perfect for everyday use in the pasture and around the barn. This leather halter is break-away when the need arises, making it appropriate for use on all classes of horses, from newborn to mature horse. Available in dark brown and black leather with stainless steel or solid brass hardware. Pictured in dark brown with solid brass hardware. Can be personalized with a brass or silver nameplate.
